During July and August, bookings are by the week. Other times shorter bookings of 2 nights or more can be accommodated.
About the cottage:
Our cottage is ideally suited for two adults. Pets may be accepted by prior arrangement. Please inquire.
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
Payment:
30% is due at the time of booking by traveler's cheque, credit card, money order or personal cheque.
The balance is due 45 days prior to commencement of the booking.
If booking is less than 30 days in advance, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
A security deposit of $400 is required. The deposit is refundable within 10 days after the end of the booking, subject to any charges for damage, breakage or excess cleaning.
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment as noted above and completion of a Rental Agreement.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel a confirmed booking, you are liable for full payment, however, we will try to re-book the cottage for the rental period. If we are successful, the amount received will be deducted from the amount you have paid and returned to you, less a $50 processing fee.
