Rates are inclusive of taxes. 

About the cottage:

Our cottage is situated in a lush garden on the water’s edge and is ideally suited for two adults. Sorry, children over 1 year old and pets are not accepted. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. Inquire about pets.

During the high season, most bookings are by the week and made well in advance but we also accept bookings of 2 nights or more if they can be accommodated within our schedule.

The cottage is equipped with microwave, barbecue, cooking utensils, stereo, queen size bed, towels and linen.

Payment:

30% is due at the time of booking by traveler's cheque, credit card, money order or personal cheque.

The balance is due 45 days prior to commencement of the booking along with the security deposit.

If booking is less than 30 days in advance, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

A security deposit of $400 is required. The deposit is refundable within 30 days after the end of the booking, subject to any charges for damage, breakage or excess cleaning.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment as noted above and completion of a Rental Agreement.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel a confirmed booking, you are liable for full payment, however, we will try to re-book the cottage for the rental period. If we are successful, the amount received will be deducted from the amount you have paid and returned to you, less a $50 processing fee.

Check out: 11:00 a.m.

(Early check in or late check out may be arranged by special request if other bookings allow.)
